Refund, cancellation & shipping

This policy explains cancellations, refunds, replacements, and shipping for orders placed with The No-News Paper at https://nonewspaper.com. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

If your order has not yet been packed or handed to a courier, contact us at hello@nonewspaper.com with your order ID. We will try to cancel and refund the full amount paid. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If your newspaper arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong edition, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID, photos of the issue, and your delivery address.

• We may offer a replacement copy shipped at our cost, or
• A refund to your original payment method, at our discretion based on stock and the nature of the issue.

• Change of mind after the product has been dispatched or opened, except where consumer law gives you a mandatory right.
• Delays caused by incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or events outside our control (strikes, severe weather, courier failure beyond our reasonable control).
• Same-day rider delivery: fees paid directly to Porter/Rapido are between you and the rider; we do not refund third-party rider charges.

Approved refunds are processed back via Razorpay to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days after approval for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We will email you when a refund is initiated.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the parcel is lost, contact hello@nonewspaper.com. We will work with the courier to trace the shipment and offer replacement or refund if it cannot be delivered.
