These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://nonewspaper.com and purchases from The No-News Paper ("we", "us", "seller"), operated as a sole proprietorship in India. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We sell print editions of The No-News Paper — games, puzzles, and activities on paper. Product descriptions and images on the site are for illustration; minor print variations may occur.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes (including GST, if any) are included or shown at checkout as required by law.

When you place an order, you offer to buy the selected edition(s) at the price shown. We confirm acceptance when payment is successfully captured.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We do not store your full card, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials. Card and bank data are handled by Razorpay under their terms and privacy notice: https://razorpay.com/privacy/

You must provide accurate contact and delivery details. We may cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, with a refund where payment was taken.

Delivery is arranged via third-party couriers (e.g. Shiprocket and partner carriers). Estimated timelines shown at checkout are indicative, not guaranteed.

For eligible local orders, you may choose same-day bike delivery (Porter / Rapido). In that case, prepaid courier charges may be waived and you pay the rider's fare on delivery — as described at checkout.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

Refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Refund, cancellation & shipping policy at /refund-policy. Please read it before ordering.

If subscription plans are offered, billing recurs per the plan you select until you cancel in accordance with instructions on the site or via Razorpay. Subscription features may be enabled or paused from time to time.

Quotes submitted via our venues / bulk forms are non-binding until confirmed in writing by us. Separate terms may apply to high-volume or café/office supply.

All content in the newspaper and on this website (text, layout, illustrations, trademarks) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce editions for commercial use without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer forum rights where applicable.
